Whether you are selling a residential, recreational, bare land, subdivided, or a commercial property, Valhalla Path Realty can help you every step of the way. We have representatives serving Nelson, Castlegar and surrounding rural locations.

We can provide you with an experienced REALTOR® you will feel comfortable working with. We will explain, in detail, the selling process and remain available to answer your questions and address your concerns throughout.

Your REALTOR® may wish to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis of your property. This is a service provided at no cost or obligation to you. In the report—which may be delivered verbally or in a full-colour bound document—you may find the following:

~ An analysis of current market conditions based on properties similar to yours that have sold recently, or are currently for sale; this helps your REALTOR® determine a reasonable selling price for your property.

~ A marketing plan for your property which may include photographs of your property’s most desirable features, an advertising plan, a timeline and suggestions on how to prepare your property for the marketplace.

When you are ready to enter into a Listing Agreement with Valhalla Path Realty, we will walk you through the paperwork, step by step, to ensure you are completely informed and comfortable with the process, procedures and costs.

Your REALTOR® may suggest ways to prepare your property, inside and out, for the marketplace in order to achieve an optimal and timely sale. This conversation may include the pros and cons of specific improvements to the premises, identifying hidden flaws and outstanding repairs that need attention, as well as a few presentation suggestions.

We will promote your listing through the Multiple Listing Service, MLS®. This will make it visible to all potential buyers and their agents. Local REALTORS® will be invited to tour your property so that they are familiar with it and able to introduce it to some of their buyer clients. All viewing appointments will be made through our office to give you adequate warning and, wherever possible, your REALTOR® will report back to you after every viewing.

We will advise you when, or if, you need to involve additional professionals in the selling process, i.e. lawyers, bankers, designers, etc.

We will present all and any offers made on your property for your consideration and review. We will negotiate, on your behalf, with potential buyers and/or their representatives to ensure a proper, complete and timely outcome to your transaction.
